TERMS OF RETAIL SALES Smog Veil Records accepts retail orders from this site 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, and on leap day if that suits your fancy. Retail orders are shipped on a first served, first shipped basis, and usually ship within a few business days of your order being placed. Retail orders in the United States ship by U.S. Mail Priority Mail, with delivery confirmation, in most instances. Overseas orders are shipped by the most convenient and cheapest airmail means. All retail sales are final. The safety and security of ecommerce transactions on this site is ensured by either Verisign or Paypal. TERMS OF WHOLESALE SALES Smog Veil Records sells direct to a variety of wholesalers and retailers. We generally work on consignment and ask that sales and payments be reported to us every 90 days. Direct store sales are on a C.O.D. basis until credit is established. Orders are shipped by UPS Ground. We are open to different wholesale terms, feel free to ask. However, the following terms we will not alter, and all wholesale and direct retail orders are subject to these terms: 1. Returns may be made at any time, but returns must be pre-approved in writing and returned merchandise must be clean and free from price stickers and security tags, and must contain original shrinkwrap and topspine as well as all inserts and the CD or DVD. For return credit to issue, the merchandise must be actually returned to us in our hands shipped at your expense. We only accept returns on items we sold to you. 2. Claims for damaged merchandise must be made within fifteen (15) days of your receipt of the merchandise, and must be returned to us as if the item is being returned for credit as described above; and 3. Smog Veil Records does not permit the sale of promotional CDs, DVDs, posters, and all other promotional items. USE OF THE PRESS PASS PAGE The Press Pass page is for the exclusive use of our wholesalers, retailers, press, and radio in connection with journalistic, promotional, and/or marketing purposes. Access is by password only. Passwords are issued after making a written application found on the Press Page. Please note the following terms: 1. Access and use of the materials found at on the Press Page is subject to revocation by Smog Veil Records for any misuse; 2. Appropriate photographic or graphic designer credit is required whenever a photograph or graphic obtained from the Press Page is used in print, on the web, or for any other purpose. If uncertain of credit, please contact Smog Veil Records prior to use; and 3. Commercial use of materials found on the Press Page without the express written permission of Smog Veil Records is strictly prohibited COPYRIGHT NOTICE Permission is usually freely given upon written email request, but please note that everything found on this website is the property of Smog Veil Records and may not be used, reprinted, copied, and/or distributed without the express written permission of Smog Veil Records.
